Love this purse! I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough depth wise but there is plenty of space. I love that I can use it as a shoulder bag or cross body bag. Great quality and cute details.

It’s slightly larger than I need and I have to get used to laying it on its side since it can’t sit up straight with the corded bottom. To me, the blue isn’t as bright as shown on the computer which I like. Overall, I’m happy. The removable key fobs are fun. I would repurchase a Chala bag again. Maybe I’ll try a smaller one next time.

I spent a lot of time and research trying to find just the right purse. These stood out to me right away because they are unique and yet this seemed to have the room I was looking for. I love the look! When I arrived I almost returned it because I am 5'2" and when I put it on the crossbody selection it made it hang way too low even though I adjusted it as short as I could. After considering what my other options were I decided to keep the purse and I ended up just punching a hole where I needed the buckle to clasp in order for it to be the right length. If I could the only things I would change are the strap (it's really thin and since I like to carry a lot of stuff the purse gets a little heavy and the thin strap makes it harder to carry) and the length (I would prefer for the bag to be as wide but maybe not as deep, it's a little hard to get to things in the purse). I love the look though and really couldn't find anything else that compared.
